San Bernadino Territory Sales Manager – Specialty

Sumitomo Pharma is seeking a San Bernadino Territory Sales Manager – Specialty to drive specialty pharmaceutical sales in the Frankfort, Franklin County area.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan for specialty oncology, urology, women’s health, rare disease and CNS products.
• Build strong relationships with physicians, pharmacists and key opinion leaders within the assigned region.
• Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
• Provide product education, clinical data and market insights to healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (marketing, medical affairs, market access) to launch new therapies.
• Gather and report market intelligence, competitor activity and customer feedback.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business or related field (advanced degree a plus).
• 5+ years of specialty pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in oncology, urology or rare diseases.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a high‑performing team.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $158,472.62 annually, plus performance‑based incentives, comprehensive health benefits, 401(k) match, and continuous professional development opportunities.
