Job Summary

Insight Global is seeking a Sr. Project Manager – INTL LATM to lead the HR Data & Insights workstream for a major life‑sciences client. This full‑time role is based in New Brunswick, Middlesex County, US, with an annual salary of $131,133.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end business‑side program management for the HR Data & Insights workstream from mobilization through steady‑state transition.
• Develop and maintain an integrated roadmap, tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and financial spend across multiple interdependent sub‑workstreams.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams, including HR, IT, finance, and external vendors, to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Facilitate regular governance meetings, status reporting, and executive briefings.
• Identify and mitigate program risks, escalating issues as needed to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and best‑practice adoption throughout the program.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Information Systems, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years of project or program management experience, preferably in large‑scale HR transformation or life‑sciences environments.
• Proven track record managing complex, multi‑year initiatives with sizable budgets.
