Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation, validation, and maintenance of Affera mapping configurations across multiple Medtronic sites.
• Collaborate with clinical, engineering, and data‑analytics teams to ensure accurate data translation and integration.
• Develop and deliver training materials and webinars for internal stakeholders on mapping best practices.
• Monitor mapping performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Document mapping standards, SOPs, and compliance requirements in alignment with regulatory guidelines.
• Provide expert guidance during system upgrades, migrations, and new product roll‑outs.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Health Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in medical device data mapping, integration, or health‑information systems.
• Strong knowledge of Affera platforms, HL7, FHIR, and other healthcare data standards.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment while coordinating across multiple geographic locations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience with SQL, Python or scripting languages for data manipulation is a plus.
