Key Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive‑communication disorders for residents under physician orders.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans using evidence‑based techniques and assistive devices.
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and outcomes in the electronic health record.
• Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, occupational therapists, and families to ensure coordinated care.

Qualifications & Requirements
