Key Responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality, patient‑centered nursing care to residents in accordance with Brookdale’s clinical standards.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions for acute and chronic conditions.

- Document all assessments, treatments, and outcomes accurately in the electronic health record.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of Ohio.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience, preferably in long‑term care or skilled nursing.
- Strong communication, critical‑thinking, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible PRN shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic life support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
