About the Role

As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with our expanding telehealth practice, you will provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing care coordination for adults managing a wide range of mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and PTSD. You’ll work collaboratively with licensed therapists, primary care providers, and case managers to deliver holistic treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs.

This is a full-time, 100% remote position serving patients primarily in Florida, with flexible scheduling options including daytime, evening, and weekend availability. You’ll use our secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform to conduct video consultations, review medical records, prescribe medications when appropriate, and maintain detailed documentation. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide medication management and monitor patient response to psychotropic medications

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in Florida
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Active certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC or PMHNP-ACB)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in psychiatric-mental health nursing
• Strong proficiency with electronic health records and telehealth platforms
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport virtually

Salary Range

$105,000 – $125,000 USD/year
