Key Responsibilities

• Collect, verify and post completion paperwork for all products within the designated area.
• Process deposits and cash‑on‑delivery (COD) payments accurately and on time.
• Maintain detailed accounting records and reconcile daily transactions.
• Collaborate with the Area Office Manager and Branch Accountant to resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare regular reports on cash flow, invoicing status and payment aging.
• Assist with month‑end closing activities and audit preparations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree in accounting or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, cash handling or similar finance role.
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
