Key Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking from initiation to close‑out.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad‑hoc financial statements and variance analyses for assigned projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and senior finance staff to ensure accurate invoicing and timely revenue recognition.
• Maintain project accounting records in ERP systems, ensuring data integrity and audit readiness.
• Assist in preparing internal and external audit documentation and respond to audit queries.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities, including accruals and expense allocations.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to streamline project accounting procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in project accounting, construction finance, or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, cost accounting, and financial reporting.
