Senior Financial Analyst – FP&A

Reyes Holdings is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst – FP&A to join its finance team in Edgewood, Orange County, US. This role focuses on delivering insightful financial analysis, reporting, and strategic recommendations to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial and operational reports for senior leadership.
• Conduct ad‑hoc financial analysis, modeling scenarios to quantify opportunities, risks and ROI.
• Collect, cleanse and interpret large data sets, turning raw numbers into actionable business insights.
• Partner with divisional leaders and cross‑functional teams to perform root‑cause analysis and propose process‑oriented solutions.
• Design and maintain financial analysis tools, dashboards and automated reporting solutions using Excel, Power BI or similar platforms.
• Support the budgeting, forecasting and long‑term strategic planning cycles.
• Assist in the development of business cases for new initiatives, investments and cost‑saving projects.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend corrective actions when variances arise.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
• 5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar BI tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills – able to translate complex data into clear recommendations for non‑financial stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead projects, influence cross‑functional teams and drive process improvements.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $89,534.56 – $89,534.56 per year. Competitive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k) match and paid time off.
