Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate your commercial vehicle while maintaining strict compliance with all DOT and FMCSA regulations.
• Manage your business operations, including fuel efficiency tracking and maintenance scheduling.
• Utilize our proprietary digital platform to select high-paying freight loads that align with your preferred routes.
• Maintain professional communication with dispatchers and freight brokers to ensure seamless delivery timelines.
• Ensure all cargo is secured and transported in optimal condition to maintain our high service standards.

Salary Range and Compensation

As an independent contractor, your income is directly tied to your efficiency, the quality of your equipment, and the lanes you select. However, based on industry standards for high-performing professionals in our network, we anticipate the following earnings:

Estimated Earnings: $115,000 – $185,000 USD/year

Note: Actual earnings vary based on mileage, fuel costs, and market freight rates.

Requirements

We are looking for seasoned professionals who take pride in their equipment and their reputation on the road. To thrive in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Equipment: Must own and operate a reliable, well-maintained Class 8 heavy-duty truck.
• Licensing: A valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A is mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional long-haul experience with a clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record).
• Compliance: Must possess a valid DOT number and comply with all current ELD (Electronic Logging Device) mandates.
• Business Mindset: Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to managing business expenses and maintenance.
• Reliability: A proven track record of on-time deliveries and professional communication.
