Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive user interfaces and engaging user experiences for federal applications and portals.
• Conduct user research, create personas, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity mockups.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and subject‑matter experts to translate requirements into visual designs.
• Apply usability testing and analytics to iterate and improve design solutions.
• Maintain design standards, style guides, and accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1).
• Support agile development cycles and provide design assets for implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, preferably in government or large‑scale enterprise environments.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of user‑centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present design concepts to stakeholders.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a security clearance as required by federal contracts.

Compensation & Benefits
