Key Responsibilities
- Direct and manage the end‑to‑end financial close and consolidation activities across multiple legal entities.
- Collaborate with technology and accounting system teams to ensure accurate data flow and system integrity.
- Provide guidance on legal entity structure, accounting policies, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead enterprise‑wide initiatives related to financial reporting, process improvement, and automation.

- Prepare and review consolidated financial statements, variance analyses, and management reports.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in financial close, consolidation, and reporting, preferably in a large corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, SEC reporting, and multi‑entity accounting.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and consolidation tools (e.g., Hyperion, OneStream).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to analyze complex accounting issues and propose practical solutions.

Annual salary: $181,589.64
