Maximus is seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to join its Bloomsburg, Columbia County team. Work on mission‑critical federal programs, shaping intuitive digital experiences for national security and public service platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user‑centered interfaces for web and mobile applications supporting federal contracts.
• Conduct user research, create personas, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity mockups.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and cybersecurity specialists to ensure designs meet security and accessibility standards.
• Perform usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and analytics.
• Maintain design system consistency and document UI guidelines.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, preferably in government or enterprise environments.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping software.
