Training Administrator II

Maximus is seeking a Training Administrator II in Nashville, Davidson County (remote) to support the SOA Shared Services Training team. This role ensures precise documentation of all training activities and contributes to smooth training operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of training sessions, including attendance, materials distributed, and outcomes.
• Prepare and update training schedules, agendas, and logistical arrangements.
• Generate post‑training reports and analytics for management review.
• Coordinate with trainers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure resources are available.
• Manage training documentation, version control, and archiving in compliance with company policies.
• Assist in the development and revision of training curricula and instructional materials.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in training administration, office support, or related field.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and learning management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines.

Compensation

Salary: $40,003.17 per year (fixed).
