Maximus is seeking a detail‑oriented Training Administrator II to join its SOA Shared Services Training team. This remote‑friendly role is based in Pensacola, Escambia County, US, and offers a salary of $38,827 per year.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records of all training activities, including attendance, materials distributed, and learner outcomes.
- Coordinate scheduling, room bookings (virtual or physical), and resource allocation for training sessions.
- Prepare and distribute training documentation, agendas, and post‑session reports.
- Monitor compliance with internal training standards and external regulatory requirements.
- Provide administrative support to trainers and participants, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Analyze training data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
- Assist in the development and revision of training policies, procedures, and SOPs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in training administration, office support, or records management.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity.
