Maximus is seeking a detail‑oriented Training Administrator II to join its SOA Shared Services Training team. This remote‑friendly role is based in Pensacola, Escambia County, US, and offers a salary of $38,827 per year.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records of all training activities, including attendance, materials distributed, and learner outcomes.
  • Coordinate scheduling, room bookings (virtual or physical), and resource allocation for training sessions.
  • Prepare and distribute training documentation, agendas, and post‑session reports.
  • Monitor compliance with internal training standards and external regulatory requirements.
  • Provide administrative support to trainers and participants, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues.

Required Qualifications

  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity.
