Facilities Representative – Level 3

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Facilities Representative – Level 3 to join its McLean, Fairfax County, US campus. This role supports the operation and maintenance of critical facilities while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day facility activities, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company safety regulations.
• Develop and maintain accurate records, work orders, and equipment inventories.
• Prepare reports on facility performance, budget utilization, and project status.
• Assist in budget planning and cost‑control for facility operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of facilities management or related experience, preferably in a high‑tech or aerospace environment.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with CMMS or similar maintenance software.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to travel between sites as needed.
