Training Administrator II

Maximus is seeking a Training Administrator II to join the SOA Shared Services Training team. This fully remote role supports training operations for Maximus and is based out of Evansville, Vanderburgh County, US.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, detailed records of all training activities, including attendance, materials, and outcomes.
• Prepare and distribute training schedules, agendas, and post‑training reports.
• Coordinate logistics for virtual and in‑person sessions, ensuring resources are available and technology functions correctly.
• Verify trainer certifications and compliance documentation.
• Update learning management system (LMS) data and generate analytics for management review.
• Assist with onboarding new trainers and participants.
• Respond to training inquiries and provide timely support to stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in training administration, office support, or records management.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and LMS platforms.
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines.

Compensation

Salary: $39,171.83 per year (fixed).
