About This Position

Maximus is seeking a detail‑focused Training Administrator II for its SOA Shared Services Training team. This fully remote role supports training operations for Maximus while being based in Augusta, Richmond County, US.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all training activities, including class schedules, attendance, materials, and outcomes.
  • Coordinate logistics for virtual and in‑person training sessions, ensuring trainers and participants have required resources.
  • Prepare and distribute training documentation, reports, and post‑training evaluations.
  • Track certification status and compliance requirements for trainees.
  • Assist in the development and update of training curricula and instructional materials.
  • Provide timely support to trainers and learners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Generate regular performance metrics and analytics to inform continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in training administration, learning‑and‑development support, or related office functions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines.

Compensation & Benefits
