About This Position
Maximus is seeking a Training Administrator II for its SOA Shared Services Training team. This fully remote position supports training operations for Maximus employees while being based in Edwardsville, Madison County, US.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain precise, up‑to‑date records of all training activities, including attendance, materials distribution, and learning outcomes.
- Prepare and distribute training schedules, agendas, and post‑training reports.
- Coordinate logistics for virtual and in‑person sessions, ensuring all participants have required resources.
- Track certification status and renewal dates, notifying stakeholders of upcoming expirations.
- Assist the Training Manager with data analysis to evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Provide first‑line support for trainees, answering inquiries and troubleshooting access issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree or higher preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in training coordination, administrative support, or records management.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with LMS platforms is a plus.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $39,702.88 per year (fixed). Comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
