About This Position
Job Summary
Maximus is seeking a detail‑oriented Training Administrator II to join the SOA Shared Services Training team. This fully remote role supports training operations for Maximus employees nationwide, with the position based in Cedar Rapids, Linn County, US.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records of all training activities, including attendance, materials distributed, and outcomes achieved.
- Coordinate scheduling, room assignments (virtual or physical), and logistics for training sessions.
- Prepare and distribute training documentation, agendas, and post‑session reports.
- Track and reconcile training budgets, ensuring compliance with financial guidelines.
- Respond to participant inquiries and provide administrative support throughout the training lifecycle.
- Generate regular metrics and dashboards to assess training effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with subject‑matter experts, facilitators, and HR partners to align training programs with organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in training coordination, administrative support, or records management.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and learning management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $39,750.05 annually.
