Key Responsibilities
- Develop conceptual and detailed interior architecture designs for commercial and residential projects.
- Produce drawings, 3D renderings, and presentation materials using Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Coordinate with senior designers, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained throughout construction.
- Participate in client meetings, design charrettes, and site visits to gather requirements and present solutions.
- Assist in material and finish selection, ensuring compliance with budget, sustainability, and code standards.
- Maintain project documentation and contribute to internal design standards and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- 1‑2 years of professional experience in interior architecture or design studios.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong visual communication, presentation, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent teamwork, time‑management, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
