Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Senior Physical Security Engineers, foremen, and team leads to plan and execute security system installations.
• Install and configure door access control, CCTV cameras, video management software, and intercom solutions.
• Conduct site surveys, develop technical specifications, and create detailed project documentation.
• Provide on‑site troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning of security hardware and software.
• Maintain strong, customer‑focused relationships; assess client needs and recommend optimal security solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, local regulations, and company safety policies.
• Assist in training junior staff and support the continuous improvement of installation processes.

Required Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Security Technology, or related field, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• 2+ years of experience installing and maintaining physical security systems (access control, CCTV, intercoms).
• Familiarity with common security platforms (e.g., Lenel, Honeywell, Milestone, Avigilon).
• Strong knowledge of networking basics, IP cameras, and power‑over‑Ethernet (PoE).
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to read technical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Effective communication skills for client interaction and teamwork.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites within the region.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications such as PSP (Physical Security Professional) or NICET.
• Experience with low‑voltage cabling standards and conduit work.
