About the Role

As a Senior Project Engineer working remotely, you will serve as the primary technical lead for multiple concurrent engineering projects from planning through delivery. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering projects end-to-end, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery

Requirements

What You Bring to the Table

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related field); Master’s degree preferred
• 7+ years of progressive experience in project engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead capacity
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects on schedule and within budget
• Strong proficiency in project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid frameworks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills — remote work demands clarity, documentation, and proactive collaboration
• Experience working with distributed or remote teams and managing asynchronous workflows
• Solid understanding of engineering software, CAD tools, and data analysis platforms
