Zoom is seeking a CX Partner Implementation Success Manager in Cedar, Cole County, US. Lead a team of ZCX Partner Technical Advisors to drive partner‑led implementations, boost customer adoption, and ensure long‑term retention within Zoom’s Customer Experience portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the regional strategy for partner‑led contact‑center implementations.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team of Technical Advisors.
• Collaborate with partners, sales, and product teams to deliver seamless virtual‑agent and workforce‑engagement solutions.
• Monitor adoption metrics, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
• Serve as the escalation point for complex technical challenges and ensure timely resolution.
• Provide thought leadership and best‑practice guidance across the Contact Center, Virtual Agent, and Workforce Engagement Management domains.

Qualifications

Compensation

Base salary: $221,947.03 per year.
