About This Position
ISEC is seeking an Office Manager to support its regional operations in Nashville, Davidson County. This non‑exempt role handles day‑to‑day office administration, project coordination for installation teams, and may supervise an Administrative Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all office functions including supplies, equipment maintenance, and facility upkeep.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Regional Manager and Operations Manager.
- Coordinate installation projects from award through completion, tracking timelines, documentation, and communication with field teams.
- Schedule meetings, arrange travel, and prepare reports and presentations as needed.
- Assist with event planning, vendor liaison, and backup support for other departmental liaisons.
- Supervise and mentor an Administrative Assistant, delegating tasks and ensuring quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and office budgets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration preferred.
- 2+ years of office management or administrative experience, preferably in a regional or multi‑site environment.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and common office software.
- Ability to lift light office equipment and manage occasional physical tasks.
Compensation & Benefits
