About This Position
Job Summary
First Global Management Services is seeking an Attendee Data Coordinator in the United States. This role supports the company’s global brand experience operations by managing attendee information for thousands of events each year.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, validate, and maintain accurate attendee data for events across 110+ countries.
- Coordinate with embedded teams, corporate campus staff, and full‑service agency partners to ensure data integrity throughout the event lifecycle.
- Generate and distribute attendee reports, dashboards, and insights for internal stakeholders and Fortune 500 clients.
- Support data‑driven decision making by cleaning and enriching datasets using CRM and event management platforms.
- Assist with GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy compliance requirements.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies, ensuring timely updates before event execution.
- Collaborate with content, creative, and digital technology teams to align data with brand storytelling initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in data coordination, event registration, or CRM administration (2+ years preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
- Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, and data‑management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Cvent, Eventbrite).
- Ability to work across multiple time zones and manage high‑volume data flows.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with global teams and client stakeholders.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) is a plus.

Annual salary: $53,606.23
