NavitasPartners is seeking a Senior AI / ML Engineer – Enterprise Data & GenAI Solutions to work remotely or hybrid from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This contract/full‑time role offers a salary of $133,579.25 and focuses on building enterprise‑grade AI and generative AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and scale end‑to‑end machine learning pipelines and GenAI applications.
• Integrate AI models with existing enterprise data platforms and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Implement robust MLOps frameworks for continuous training, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with data engineers, solution architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into production‑ready AI solutions.
• Ensure data governance, security, and compliance across all AI workloads.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best‑practice documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience building and deploying ML/GenAI models at scale.
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and large‑language‑model frameworks.
• Strong background in data engineering tools (Spark, Kafka, Snowflake, Redshift).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or Terraform.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Experience

• Previous work on enterprise GenAI solutions, prompt engineering, or LLM fine‑tuning.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and enterprise security standards.
