Key Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, and commission production machinery and plant equipment.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance according to company standards.
• Provide emergency and unscheduled repairs during night production runs.
• Document maintenance activities, parts usage, and equipment downtime in the maintenance management system.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company safety programs.
• Maintain an organized tool crib and manage spare parts inventory.

Required Qualifications

• Technical diploma or equivalent experience in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance.
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience maintaining production equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently during night hours.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to OSHA guidelines.

Compensation & Benefits
