Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional project teams of up to 40 members, coordinating engineers, technicians, and senior leadership.
• Develop, track, and deliver project schedules, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison, translating mechanical engineering concepts into actionable plans.
• Oversee grit‑blasting processes, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and present status reports, risk assessments, and change orders to stakeholders.
• Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives and support post‑project reviews.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to manage teams of 30‑40 personnel.
• Hands‑on knowledge of grit‑blasting techniques and related equipment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.

Compensation & Benefits
