Job Summary

Join the Central Park Conservancy as a Daytime Park Maintainer I or II in the United States. This full‑time, non‑exempt role works a 6:00 am – 2:30 pm shift maintaining the iconic 843‑acre Central Park.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine landscape upkeep including mowing, pruning, planting, and irrigation system checks.
• Inspect and repair park infrastructure such as pathways, benches, fences, and lighting.
• Collect and dispose of litter, debris, and hazardous materials following safety protocols.
• Assist with seasonal projects, special events, and holiday coverage as needed.
• Document work performed, report deficiencies, and coordinate with the Park Maintenance Manager.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and maintain equipment in good condition.
