Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage public works, utilities, and transportation projects through all phases, including concept, bid documents, and construction review.
• Prepare engineering calculations, drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and municipal agencies to ensure project compliance and timely delivery.
• Conduct site inspections, field investigations, and constructability reviews.
• Mentor junior staff and support business development activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Civil Engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3‑5+ years of experience in transportation, land development, or public works projects.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, communication, and client‑relationship skills.
