Job Summary

MCN Build is seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead construction projects in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, based in Rosslyn, Arlington County. This senior‑level role oversees all onsite activities, ensures safety compliance, and delivers high‑quality results on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct daily field operations for multiple commercial construction projects, including education, healthcare, affordable housing, and institutional facilities.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and on‑site personnel to maintain schedule adherence.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols in line with OSHA regulations and company standards.
• Monitor budget performance, track change orders, and provide accurate progress reports to senior management and clients.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and owners to resolve design and construction issues promptly.
• Maintain comprehensive daily logs, RFIs, submittals, and quality control documentation.
• Foster strong relationships with local community stakeholders and regulatory agencies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction supervision, with at least 3 years in a senior superintendent capacity.
• Proven track record managing complex, multi‑disciplinary projects valued $10M+.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and permitting processes in the Washington, D.C. area.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between job sites.

Compensation & Benefits
