Job Summary

Campbell’s is seeking a Plant Controller, Sr Manager FP&A to lead financial planning and analysis for its Maxton, Robeson County facility. This senior role oversees budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting while driving strategic decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct all FP&A activities for the plant, including monthly, quarterly and annual budgeting cycles.
• Prepare and present financial statements, variance analyses, and performance dashboards to senior leadership.
• Partner with operations, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to develop cost‑saving initiatives and improve profitability.
• Lead a small team of analysts, providing coaching, development and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls and corporate accounting policies.
• Support capital investment reviews, ROI modeling and long‑range strategic planning.
• Implement and maintain advanced reporting tools and ERP integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive financial planning and analysis experience, preferably in manufacturing or consumer packaged goods.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and ERP (SAP/Oracle) proficiency.
• Proven ability to influence cross‑functional teams and communicate complex financial data clearly.
• Leadership experience managing and developing finance professionals.

Compensation

Salary range: $140,300 – $201,700 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
