About This Position
LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Manager, Solutions Consultants to partner with Fortune 100 financial institutions across the United States. Lead a team of consultants to design, implement and optimize fraud and identity solutions that drive measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a high‑performing consulting team delivering fraud, identity and risk‑management solutions to major financial clients.
- Collaborate with sales, product and engineering to shape solution roadmaps and ensure successful implementation.
- Develop and present strategic recommendations, ROI models and proof‑of‑concepts to C‑level stakeholders.
- Mentor consultants, manage resource allocation, and drive continuous improvement of consulting methodologies.
- Maintain deep expertise in LexisNexis Risk Solutions platforms, data analytics, and emerging fraud‑prevention technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in risk, fraud, or identity consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record delivering large‑scale solutions to Fortune 100 financial institutions.
- Strong analytical, presentation and client‑management skills.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with data‑science, AI/ML fraud detection models.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as AML, KYC, GDPR.
- Professional certifications (CFA, CFE, PMP) are a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range: $130,284 – $208,116 annually, plus performance‑based incentives, comprehensive health benefits, 401(k) match, tuition reimbursement and flexible work arrangements.
