Albano Systems Inc is seeking an Associate Business Data Analyst for a 6‑month contract‑to‑hire position in Charlotte, Mecklenburg County, US. This hybrid role works within the Enterprise Data Office to support corporate data services.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate data requirements into actionable insights.
• Develop, maintain, and validate data models, dashboards, and reports using tools such as SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Perform data quality assessments and implement remediation strategies.
• Assist in the design and documentation of data governance policies.
• Support ad‑hoc analysis and provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
