Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end UX design for web and mobile financial solutions, from research and concept through high‑fidelity prototypes and final delivery.
• Apply design thinking, user‑centered methods, and data‑driven insights to create intuitive, engaging experiences.
• Partner with product owners, developers, analysts, and marketers to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business objectives.
• Serve as the subject‑matter expert for UX, establishing best practices, design standards, and mentorship for junior designers.
• Conduct usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and iterative refinements based on feedback and analytics.
• Maintain design documentation, style guides, and component libraries to promote consistency across platforms.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Human‑Centered Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years proven experience designing complex web and mobile applications, preferably in the financial services sector.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end UX processes, wireframes, prototypes, and visual design.
• Expertise with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping platforms.
• Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and front‑end fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to cross‑functional teams.
