Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards that consolidate learner progress, compliance metrics, and effectiveness analytics.

• Monitor data pipelines, troubleshoot integration issues, and support data‑quality initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably in an educational or SaaS environment.
• Advanced proficiency with Tableau (desktop and server) and strong data‑visualisation skills.
• Hands‑on experience integrating data from LMS, CRM (Salesforce), and customer success platforms (e.g., Gainsight).
• Solid understanding of relational databases, SQL, and data‑modeling concepts.
• Experience with data‑governance, ETL processes, and working closely with data engineering teams.
