Senior Data Analyst

Cornerstone onDemand is hiring a Senior Data Analyst in Druid, Baltimore, US, to drive predictive analytics for customer retention and expansion within the Revenue Operations Analytics Center of Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain predictive models to improve gross and net retention, reduce churn, and identify expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Customer Success teams to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
• Design dashboards and automated reporting solutions that provide real‑time visibility into renewal pipelines and expansion forecasts.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses on post‑sale execution, pricing effectiveness, and contract renewals.
• Lead cross‑functional projects that enhance forecast confidence and revenue durability.
• Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in data governance and advanced analytics.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in advanced analytics, preferably within Revenue Operations or SaaS environments.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and experience with statistical modeling and machine learning techniques.
• Strong expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex insights to senior stakeholders.
• Experience with CRM and subscription management platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zuora) is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $82,583.14 – $82,583.14 per year.
