About This Position

Job Summary

PagerDuty is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations & Analytics to lead data‑driven marketing initiatives in SoMa, San Francisco. This role combines strategic planning, campaign execution, and performance analytics to drive growth for a global leader in Digital Operations Management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement and optimize end‑to‑end marketing operations processes across demand generation, lead management, and customer acquisition.
  • Lead a cross‑functional team of analysts, marketers and technology specialists to deliver actionable insights and ROI reporting.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, attribution models, and predictive analytics to guide budget allocation and campaign strategy.
  • Partner with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Manage marketing technology stack (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics) and ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Mentor junior staff, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and drive best‑practice adoption across the organization.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, or related fields, preferably in SaaS or technology companies.
  • Proven track record of leading high‑performing teams and delivering measurable marketing ROI.
  • Advanced proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and BI tools (SQL, Tableau, Looker, or similar).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related discipline; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $199,356 annually. PagerDuty offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, equity participation, generous PTO, and professional development opportunities.
