Job Summary
PagerDuty is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations & Analytics to lead data‑driven marketing initiatives in SoMa, San Francisco. This role combines strategic planning, campaign execution, and performance analytics to drive growth for a global leader in Digital Operations Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement and optimize end‑to‑end marketing operations processes across demand generation, lead management, and customer acquisition.
- Lead a cross‑functional team of analysts, marketers and technology specialists to deliver actionable insights and ROI reporting.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, attribution models, and predictive analytics to guide budget allocation and campaign strategy.
- Partner with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and revenue targets.
- Manage marketing technology stack (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics) and ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Mentor junior staff, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and drive best‑practice adoption across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, or related fields, preferably in SaaS or technology companies.
- Proven track record of leading high‑performing teams and delivering measurable marketing ROI.
- Advanced proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and BI tools (SQL, Tableau, Looker, or similar).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related discipline; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
