Key Responsibilities

• Analyse, troubleshoot and improve network performance across multi‑cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Develop and implement performance testing frameworks, baselines and capacity‑planning models.
• Collaborate with architects, security teams and product managers to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Document findings, create performance reports and present recommendations to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in network performance engineering, monitoring, and optimisation.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), SD‑WAN, and cloud networking (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Proficiency with performance tools such as Wireshark, NetFlow, sFlow, iperf, and custom scripting (Python, Bash).
• Experience with automation platforms (Ansible, Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
