Job Summary
PagerDuty is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations & Analytics to lead data‑driven marketing initiatives in Helena, Lewis and Clark County, US. This role oversees the strategy, execution, and measurement of marketing programs while managing a high‑performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement end‑to‑end marketing operations processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
- Lead the analytics function to provide actionable insights that optimize campaign performance and ROI.
- Partner with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

- Design and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks for executive leadership.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics or related field; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Proven track record of leading cross‑functional teams and delivering measurable marketing outcomes.
- Expertise with CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot), and BI platforms (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with large data sets and statistical modeling.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Compensation
Base salary: $165,348.39 per year.
