Job Summary

Cornerstone onDemand is seeking a Senior Data Analyst in Des Moines, Polk County, US. This role focuses on customer retention, expansion analytics, and revenue operations within the Global Analytics Center of Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop predictive models to improve gross and net customer retention.
• Analyze churn drivers and design mitigation strategies.
• Support renewal execution and identify expansion opportunities through advanced analytics.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Product teams to deliver actionable insights.
• Create dashboards and visual reports for senior leadership.
• Maintain data integrity and governance across multiple sources.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within SaaS or revenue operations.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle metrics, churn analysis, and forecasting.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex findings into business actions.

Compensation

Salary: $74,311.33 per year (fixed).
