Senior Data Analyst

Cornerstone onDemand is seeking a Senior Data Analyst in Boston, Suffolk County (US) to drive predictive analytics for customer retention and expansion within the Revenue Operations Analytics Center of Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced analytics models that identify churn risks, renewal opportunities, and expansion potentials.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Customer Success teams to translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Build automated dashboards and reporting tools to monitor gross and net retention metrics.
• Conduct ad‑hoc deep‑dive analyses to support forecasting confidence and post‑sale execution.
• Mentor junior analysts and champion best practices for data quality, governance, and documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or a related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably within Revenue Operations or SaaS environments.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Strong statistical modeling skills (regression, time‑series, survival analysis) and experience with predictive churn models.
• Excellent communication skills – ability to present complex findings to both technical and senior business audiences.
