Senior Data Analyst

Cornerstone onDemand is seeking a Senior Data Analyst in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County to drive predictive insights for customer retention and expansion within its Global Revenue Operations Analytics Center of Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain advanced analytical models to forecast churn, renewal rates, and expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Customer Success teams to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
• Design dashboards and visual reports that highlight gross and net retention metrics for senior leadership.
• Conduct deep‑dive ad‑hoc analyses to identify root causes of revenue leakage and propose mitigation plans.
• Lead the creation of data‑driven playbooks that improve post‑sale execution and forecast confidence.
• Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in data governance and statistical methodology.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in advanced analytics, preferably within Revenue Operations or SaaS environments.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and data‑visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle metrics, churn analysis, and expansion modeling.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex findings to non‑technical stakeholders.
