Senior Data Analyst

Cornerstone onDemand is seeking a Senior Data Analyst in Nashville, Davidson County, US to drive predictive analytics for customer retention and expansion within the Revenue Operations Analytics Center of Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain advanced analytical models to forecast churn, renewal rates, and expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Customer Success teams to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
• Produce regular dashboards and reports that highlight gross and net retention metrics and support post‑sale execution.
• Identify trends and root causes of revenue leakage and recommend process improvements.
• Lead ad‑hoc deep‑dive analyses for senior leadership to inform strategic decisions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within SaaS or revenue operations.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong statistical modeling, forecasting, and predictive analytics skills.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex findings to non‑technical stakeholders.
