Job Summary
PagerDuty is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations & Analytics to lead data‑driven marketing initiatives from its Talcott Village, Hartford County, US headquarters. This role combines strategic planning, performance measurement, and cross‑functional collaboration to optimize marketing effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end‑to‑end marketing operations processes, including campaign execution, lead management, and attribution modeling.
- Lead a team of analysts and operations specialists, providing mentorship, performance feedback, and career development.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks that surface actionable insights for demand generation, product marketing, and executive leadership.
- Partner with sales, product, and finance teams to align marketing metrics with business objectives and revenue targets.
- Manage the marketing technology stack (CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools), ensuring data integrity, integration, and scalability.
- Identify optimization opportunities through A/B testing, funnel analysis, and predictive modeling to improve ROI.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for marketing programs, tracking spend against KPIs.
- Stay current with industry best practices, emerging analytics techniques, and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, or performance marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial or senior leadership role.
- Proven expertise with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear, strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior executives.
- Demonstrated success in scaling marketing programs for high‑growth technology companies.
