About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as patient wait times, readmission rates, and revenue cycle metrics.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, OSHA, and CMS requirements.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities; identify cost‑saving opportunities without compromising care quality.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or director role.
• Proven track record of improving operational efficiency, patient outcomes, and financial performance in clinical settings.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare laws, accreditation standards (e.g., Joint Commission), and reimbursement models.

Salary Range

$85,000 – $115,000 USD/year (based on experience, certifications, and geographic location).
