Job Summary

Cornerstone onDemand is seeking a Senior Data Analyst in Grandview Heights, Franklin County, US. The role focuses on customer retention, expansion analytics, and revenue operations within the Global Analytics Center of Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop predictive models and dashboards to improve gross and net retention, churn mitigation, and renewal execution.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Customer Success teams to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
• Design and maintain KPI reporting frameworks that support forecast confidence and post‑sale execution.
• Lead advanced analytics projects that identify expansion opportunities and optimize pricing and discounting.
• Mentor junior analysts, promote best practices in data governance, and ensure data quality across multiple sources.
• Present findings to senior leadership and influence decision‑making with clear visualizations and storytelling.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in advanced analytics, preferably within SaaS or technology revenue operations.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python or R, and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle metrics (retention, churn, expansion MRR).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey complex insights to non‑technical stakeholders.
