Job Summary
PagerDuty is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations Analytics to lead data‑driven marketing initiatives in Glendale, Denver, US. This senior role combines strategic oversight of marketing analytics with operational excellence to drive growth for a global leader in Digital Operations Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end marketing analytics strategy, including measurement frameworks, attribution models, and performance dashboards.
- Partner with product, demand‑generation, and sales teams to translate insights into actionable campaigns and revenue‑focused initiatives.
- Lead a team of analysts and operations specialists, providing mentorship, career development, and a culture of data‑driven decision making.
- Design and maintain reporting infrastructure (SQL, Looker, Tableau, or similar) to deliver real‑time insights on campaign effectiveness, funnel health, and customer lifecycle metrics.
- Develop predictive models to forecast demand, churn, and ROI, supporting budgeting and resource allocation.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across all marketing data sources.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced analytics certification a plus.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, or performance marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial or senior leadership role.
- Proven expertise with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Snowflake, BigQuery, Looker, Tableau, Power BI) and data‑visualisation best practices.
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS marketing funnels, ABM, demand‑generation, and lifecycle marketing.
- Excellent communication skills – able to simplify complex data for non‑technical audiences and influence cross‑functional teams.
- Track record of delivering measurable ROI improvements and optimizing spend across paid, organic, and partner channels.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in the Digital Operations, Cloud, or IT‑service management industry.
- Hands‑on experience with SQL, Python/R for data manipulation and modeling.
- Previous work in a fast‑growing, high‑growth SaaS environment.
Compensation & Benefits
