Job Summary
PagerDuty is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations Analytics to lead data‑driven marketing initiatives in Boston, Suffolk County, MA. This role will own the analytics strategy that powers campaign performance, demand generation, and ROI measurement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing analytics roadmap aligned with PagerDuty’s growth objectives.
- Design, implement, and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks for demand generation, product marketing, and customer acquisition.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams—including Sales, Product, and Finance—to translate business questions into actionable data insights.
- Lead a team of analysts, providing mentorship, performance feedback, and professional development.
- Define KPI standards, conduct A/B testing, and optimize spend across paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, or performance marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as SQL, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, and Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS marketing funnels, attribution models, and demand‑generation tactics.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to convey complex data to non‑technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and scale high‑performing analytics teams.
